Yoga4Men
Yoga4Men is a class by donation. We want to encourage more men to come do yoga, We will work through sequences that are meant for inflexible male! Come join us, bring your guy friends, you will get a full experience that are different than your normal co-ed yoga classes.
Chair Yoga
Great for anybody, but especially seniors, those with mobility issues or movement disorders.
Vinyasa Flow
In this Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement, which is the definition of Vinyasa. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow using strength, energy, and flexibility all levels welcome.
Yin Yoga
This class is a meditative, reflective practice that requires receptivity with little pushing or strain. Yin Yoga applies long, passive holds (no standing poses) to deeply penetrate the body's bones and connective tissue. It raises one’s vitality, increases flexibility and mental energy, and is calming for the mind and spirit. The Yin style of practice targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, lower belly and spine. The essence of Yin is yielding - learning how to let go of struggle and how to allow things to unfold naturally.

Rolling & Releasing Yin
This class will start with a variety of myofascial release techniques and then move into a Yin yoga practice.This class is intended to 'get at' those tender spots in the body and then to move into a slower paced Yin practice. Come and experience the deep benefits of myofascial release for yourself.
