Come for a staycation where there is unlimited access to fitness, adventure and relaxation, which exudes tranquility. Shell's Fitness & Soul Center offers boot camp, army-based outdoor obstacle course, gym, personal training, life coaching, private functions and classes, meditation workshop and yoga classes for all ages and bodies. Take part in a retreat or just plan a staycation, with three cabins in the woods, 2 of which are year-round. On the acreage, you have access to walking trails, meditation spots, a treehouse, snowshoes, firepit and outdoor & indoor kitchen with lounge area and sauna. Guests also have access in the area, to year-round activities including biking, kayaking, golfing, swimming hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. An experience you will never forget, and a journey you will continue to be led by upon departure! Carrot River is SASKATCHEWAN'S OUTBACK. Cabins #1 and #2 are open year around. May long weekend Cabin #3 and outdoor kitchen open and close again in October. Winter kitchen and loft area with sauna opens. Reservations are required for accommodations. We ask for a minimum of a 2 night stay in the winter.

We have a indoor kitchen for winter and a outdoor kitchen for summer fridge, stove, all the cutlery, baking supplies, plates, bowls everything a regular kitchen has including a ice maker, coffee maker, hot chocolate machine, toaster, lots of cups, wine glasses etc Barbecue & utensils, and we also have a outdoor Fire pit w/lots of firewood & wiener sticks.

  2. Sauna with Hammock & Fireplace Area including bathrobes, slippers & towels (bring your bathing suit)

    we are happy to do that w/above cost & $50/hour (negotiable depending on what we are doing)

1.How do I book a reservation?

2. How soon should I book the stay?

Please book a minimum of one week ahead

3. How much is it per night? Is there a deal for longer nights? 

Prices:
3 cabins - Single bookings (up to 8 people per stay or up to 12 in the summer)
Single occupancy
$125 per night / +$100 for each additional night
Double occupancy
$140 per night / +$120 for each additional night
*can fit up to 6 upon request (same pricing for double occupancy)

Take part in a retreat or just plan a staycation, with two year around cabins in the woods, and a glamping tent in the trees in the summer or stay in loft by the indoor kitchen in the winter.
-In the summer you will have access to an outdoor kitchen. In the winter, You will have access to a kitchen and lounge area in our shop, and (mini-fridge), please bring your food there is a continental breakfast provided and we are only 4 miles from town which has great restaurants and groceries.


4. How do I cancel a reservation? Is there a deposit? Will I get my full refund? 

Full refund if you give us at least one week's notice. No refund for the last-minute cancellation.  

5. What is the food & drinks policy in the cabin?

Snacks only. Please keep the cabin clean for we don’t want any bears/raccoons visiting you in your sleep!

6. What should I prepare for my trip? What do you already have so I don’t need to bring?

Please bring your own toiletries & clothing; Everything else will be provided.
You have access to a full kitchen please bring your food (snacks & continental breakfast provided) and we are only 4 miles from town which has great restaurants and groceries

7. What items am I not allowed to bring?

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin. Prefer no smoking on the grounds. Illegal items are not allowed.


8. Can I bring my pets?

Not pets please

9. Are children allowed? Is the cabin kids friendly? 

Children are most welcomed but note that some of the activities are geared towards older kids. For example, we have a treehouse beside the cabin for you and the kids to climb. We trust that you know your kids best and you will know what age is safe for them to enjoy these facilities.

10. Is the cabin covid friendly? 

Yes - We are doing everything we can to keep the cabin clean and sanitized for each guest. Our facility is up to code according to SaskHealth, we have enough bathrooms and enough space to host staycation, classes, workshops and more.

11. Will the new sauna be safe?

Yes, Covid rules for sauna - households only, will be cleaning in between.
