Youth Matter - Teen Talk Tuesday
Check out this virtual YOUTH MATTER 6 week series starting next Tuesday night at 8 pm!
TEEN TALK TUESDAY - A safe, supportive platform for teens ages 12-18 to connect & share and plug in to some mindfulness & mindset tools for extra support. Alexis Epp will co-host with Laura. Alexis is a trained peer supporter & worked on helping to develop the ministry approved Mental Wellness 30 course with the SunWest Distance Learning Centre.
On this 30 minute connect call also will be host special guests ( I will be on May 26th & June 9th) to bring wellness tips and share their perspectives and experiences with the youth..plus some fun draws each Tuesday!
